Finnish Cyclists' Federation

Finnish Cyclists’ Federation (FCF) is Finland’s largest advocacy group for bicycle traffic. With more than 3 000 individual members in 14 member organizations throughout the land, we work for a more cycling friendly Finland by making cycling a recognized and respected mode of transport. We are a member of European Cyclists’ Federation.

Whether you cycle every day, run errands on your bike every now and then, or just enjoy a casual bike ride with your kids, we look out for your interests.

Diverse Advocacy for a Cycling Friendly Finland

We strive for better cycling conditions in Finland through:

  • Participating in the preparation of laws and regulations
  • Meeting with decision-makers
  • Providing information
  • Engaging in public discussions
  • Supporting the activities of local cycling organizations
  • Running campaigns
  • Organizing the annual VeloFinland seminar
  • Implementing projects targeted at various special groups, such as the elderly, children, and immigrants.

Bike like a Finn!

Finnish Center for Cycling Tourism

Finnish Center for Cycling Tourism was founded in cooperation between Finnish Cyclists’ Federation and Network of Finnish Cycling Municipalities in 2020, striving to increase the popularity of bike travel both among Finns and international cyclists, to make Finland a well-known bike travel destination and to strengthen the know-how in Finland in the field of cycling tourism.
