VeloFinland 2025 search for presenters is now open! Join us in Lappeenranta to share your knowledge, skill and innovation at the cycling world’s most northern event for professionals and activists.
VeloFinland 2025 main themes
- Designing for cycling
- Exploring the world through cycling
- Innovation and cycling
These themes can be approached from many perspectives. For example, your presentation can be from the perspective of transportation and urban planning, economy, public health, quality of life, education, tourism, culture, civil society or advocacy.
The presentations around the themes can address cycling infrastructure, construction, accessibility, attitudes, innovation, data, technology, cycling culture, sports research, maintenance, cycling tourism, or sustainable mobility management. You are only limited by your imagination!
Presentation formats and selection
Presentations, workshops and excursions can be lead in Finnish or English. We hope to receive a variety of presentation proposals both in format and content.

Program selection
Our program committee will go through all proposals in March and we will reach out to selected presenters during March & April.
