Lecture
Lectures will be held in one of two main auditoriums, each with its own host. Remember to set aside enough time for questions at the end of your 20-minute slot.

Virtual presentation
Virtual presentations can be inserted into the program in the auditoriums with a host. If the presentation has multiple presenters, they all need to be remote. We cannot guarantee a smooth, hybrid presentation. If the audience has questions for a virtual presenter, questions need to be asked through the chat function.

Panel discussion
Panel discussions can be inserted into the program in the auditoriums with a host. You can have 3-4 people on the panel + a moderator.

Workshop
In a workshop, you can look for solutions to current dilemmas, develop a new idea, or get input from other experts on an ongoing project.
- Duration: 60-75 min
- Audience size: 10-30
Round table discussion
In a round table discussion, the conversation lead can give a short introduction to the topic at hand, present a question or a hypothesis, after which the group will discuss it together. The conversation lead can moderate the discussion, or bring an outside moderator into the session.

Bike excursion
Bike excursions are a great way to showcase the city’s cycling infrastructure, new innovations etc. You can design the route and the content of the excursion freely. Please remember that the attendees may not all be expert cyclists and any special requirements should be stated clearly in the description of the excursion. The seminar participants will have a limited number of city bikes to use during the bike tours. Please let us know if your tour is dependent on weather conditions, if it needs to take place at a certain time of day, or if we need to limit the number of attendees.

Exhibit or other type of performance
If you want to suggest another type of performance or an exhibit for the program, please reach out to the producer and we can talk more about your idea.

Pecha Kucha -photo presentation can be included in the program in the auditoriums, or e.g. at the dinner event. Read more about the format.
